Child Nutrition Response (CNR) #74: Nationwide Waiver to Allow Meal Pattern Flexibilities for Summer 2021 Operations - Extension 9 allows the State Agency to grant school meal program operators targeted meal pattern flexibilities through September 30, 2021.
Local Education Agencies (LEA) who elect to participate in this waiver may follow the SFSP Meal Pattern requirements through September 30, 2021. Please complete this short survey to indicate participation in CNR #74.
Note: If additional meal pattern flexibilities are required for October–December 2021, the Meal Pattern Flexibility Waiver requests must be reflected in your SY 21-22 Meal Distribution Plan.
