Paya Mobile App Error - System Maintenance
On 09-APR-2024, between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM EST, Paya received a notification from a partnered vendor of system maintenance that resulted in a Paya Mobile Payments processing error. This error states, "system.servicemodule,.primitives config files are not supported," and RoamPay X5 users may also experience a service interruption error. This error states that you should contact Technical Support during the payment processing attempts.
We are currently working with support vendor to resolve this error and we will provide additional details once a resolution has been made. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
