South Washington County Schools is looking for creative and collaborative individuals to join our before and after school programs! Our Child Care Inclusion Staff engage with all students, with a specific focus on children with additional needs and creating an inclusive environment. Job responsibilities include:

Plan and lead activities and games for students with a focus on inclusion
Lead inclusion based initiatives
Take attendance and communicate with parents/guardians during drop-off and pick-up
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for our students
Serve as a coach and mentor for other program staff
Attend regular staff leadership meetings
Open and close program as needed

Pay & Schedule:

Competitive pay at $22.50/hour
Full-time (split shift) and part-time (before or after school) opportunities available
Hours are Monday - Friday from approximately 6:15 am - 9:30 am (mornings) and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (afternoon). Hours vary by location.
Option to increase hours during the summer and on non-school days

Qualifications:

Some formal education experience is preferred but not required
One of the following;
- High school diploma with 120 hours of relevant training and one year of experience in a related field
- Associates Degree with 6 months of experience in a related field
- Bachelors Degree with 3 months of experience in a related field
