Guest of Honor

We will honor Prof. Shili Lin for her outstanding research, teaching, and mentoring as she turned 60 this year. Prof. Lin is a professor of statistics at the Ohio State University. She has received many honors for her scientific contributions including Fellow of the American Statistical Association and Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. She has also helped pave the path for many junior and future scientists/statisticians especially women through various roles, most notably as the President of the Caucus for Women in Statistics.
