Our Vision Statement:

Valley High School's comprehensive counseling program’s vision is to create a supportive environment that guarantees our students acquire the academic knowledge and abilities required to become both effective leaders and responsible, successful members of society. All students will be equipped with the resilience to confront the ever-changing challenges of our world. They will actively embrace and value diversity while fostering cultural self-awareness within themselves and their peers. 

Our Mission Statement:

The Counseling Department at Valley High School is dedicated to creating a comprehensive, culturally sensitive program prioritizing equity, accessibility, and the future success of every student. We collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to provide each student with the essential resources required to succeed in their post-secondary pursuits. At the same time, we nurture the development of necessary social and emotional skills that enable them to positively influence both themselves and their community.
