Signs, Signals, and Codes 
October 4-6, 2019 
 

Phillippo Scout Reservation—Upper Level

$15 per Scout     —     $10 per adult/leader 

• Please register prior to September 24th to ensure we have supplies and campsites for every-one!   Registration will close at midnight on 9/24/2019.  Units registering or paying after 24th will be charged $18 per scout.

• Troops should sign up as a unit.  Include any visiting Webelos or AOLs as guests of the troop.

• Signs, Signals & Codes Merit Badge is offered, but all  requirements must be fulfilled to be awarded.    Partial cards may be given for incomplete work.   We encourage units to do requirements for #7 (Set a trail for unit or patrol to follow) either during free-time, or as a separate troop activity.

• Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts welcome to visit/stay with a Troop of their choice!  (Contact Troop to set up—Troop registers visiting Webelos and adults as part of their  units)

• Webelos and AOLs can not earn Merit Badges, but  participating in the Camporee with a troop will help satisfy some of the Castaway, Aware and Care, Cast Iron Chef, Scouting Adventure, and Outdoor Adventure requirements.  Bring Webelos books for referencing potential requirements.
