For those attending our online certificate program, the learning approach combines the best of self-paced and instructor-led online training to help you learn more effectively! Since our program features a flexible online format, even participants living outside South Carolina can easily complete their Six Sigma training conveniently, from home or office.
Certification Requirements
You must pass an examination to demonstrate your comprehension of Six Sigma principles to earn your USC Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certificates. In addition to the certification exam, Black Belt participants spend a portion of class completing a full scale independent project based on an organization’s specific challenges.
The Cost of Getting There
Tuition for the Green Belt Certification is $3,400 and includes all course materials, 20 hours of self-paced education and 20 hours of live online instructor-led training.
Tuition for the Black Belt Certification is $5,400 and includes all course materials, 40 hours of self-paced education and 40 hours of live online instructor-led training.

Student Support
It is important to us that you succeed in your learning experience. That is why we provide continued support throughout your six sigma training. Students have access to technical and instructional assistance throughout the program, as well as phone and email support from our dedicated program staff and instructors. They are available to answer technical questions regarding website access and provide instructional support for assignments or materials. A thorough orientation will be provided on the first day of class.
