Grant Writing Incentive
The purpose of External Grant Writing Support is to encourage excellence in research, scholarship, and creative activities among Minnesota State University, Mankato faculty and staff by providing incentive to write and submit an external grant. Stipends will be paid to compensate the Principal Investigator for their time associated with writing the grant proposal. Applicants must work with the Research and Sponsored Programs office throughout the entire process.
Support for external grant writing is an objective of the University’s comprehensive Graduate Enrollment Management plan which is aligned with University’s Strategic Directions 2016-2021.

Electronically submit the completed, fully signed application by 4:30pm on the deadline day to Kristel Seth at kristel.seth@mnsu.edu, Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.
