MHTTC Needs Assessment

This needs assessment is intended to identify mental health training and technical assistance needs among individuals in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (HHS Region 2). The results will guide our educational, training, and technical assistance efforts.

No individual participant names or identifiers will be recorded or shared.

Responses are anonymous.

All data will be securely stored and results will be presented in aggregate form making it impossible to identify responses.
