Evaluation of Transfusion Practices Prior to ICP Monitor Placement

We would like to characterize the approaches to transfusion practices of both pediatric intensivists and pediatric neurosurgeons in regard to children who may be coagulopathic and/or thrombocytopenic and require ICP monitor placement.

You will be presented with eight clinical scenarios and asked the thresholds at which you would consider a plasma or platelet transfusion. Please answer the questions to the best of your ability according to your current clinical practice. At the end of the survey, we will ask a few non-identifying demographic questions.
