In this session, Joe Stalder will present “GRIDALL: A Comprehensive Framework for Capturing Project Information”. GRIDALL takes ADI logs to the next level by capturing more key project information and connecting the components in an end-to-end project management methodology. The presentation will explain the GRIDALL concept, illustrate its use through templates, and provide tips on implementation and adoption in your practice.
