Tamasree Majumder a Master’s MedTech Regulatory Affairs and Services program from Kolkata, West Bengal, India currently living in Indianapolis, Indiana. A fun fact is that she doodles a lot and it keeps her stress-free.
·What I got out of the program: The program has taught me regulatory skills and deepened my understanding of the global regulatory requirements for the development, marketing approval, and utilization of drugs, biologics, and medical devices. The courses within this program provided me with the integrated knowledge and broad perspectives that I need to effectively manage the appropriate regulatory process throughout a product’s life cycle. In of my courses, I got an opportunity to interact with an FDA compliance officer and I got an overview of how the FDA performs inspections.

Tamasree currently works for Freyr Global Regulatory Solutions and Services, as a Regulatory Affairs Trainee
The MS in RAS program has helped me to develop expertise in the regulations governing medical product development and learn how to lead every step of the regulatory process. The MedTech courses in this program were taught by the industry professionals which uniquely broadened my focus on drugs, devices, biologics, and prepared me for my current roles in regulatory affairs.
·A favorite project or collective memory from your study tenure: Every assignment has provided me the opportunity to leverage my skills and gain new skills on the way. The assignments have taught me leadership skills, brainstorming with team members, prioritizing tasks, and setting a delivery timeline for the project. The awards that I received such as the "Grammy", "Oscars" and "Emmy" at the end of the presentation of the project made them memorable and learning fun. Learn More...
