We had the privilege of speaking with Italian filmmaker Matteo Garrone who is widely regarded as one of the most respected and innovative directors worldwide. His film "Io Capitano" has been nominated for the Best International Feature Film at the 96th Academy Awards, representing Italy.
Then we visited NOIAW’s 2024 Annual Epiphany celebration honoring 3 Italian American women.
