My stay was great. We were there during a hurricane. Felt safe in the beautiful unit. I wish there had been a bit more guidance from the property staff and AMI on what to do or how to prep.

However the unit cannot be beat. We love to cook and they had all the right tools and amenities for that. The staff was fantastic in all other regards. We are booking again.

To minor issues, we never could figure out the speed control in master ceiling fan. And we miss the beach concierge and trolley to the other property. Especially since there is a restaurant.

Our AC went out BUT within a small time frame the staff had it fixed and back on. Yay!

The Mainsail Inn was perfect for our family vacation. I almost didn’t want to write a review so we could keep this place a secret! It was in a great location, very clean, and had a great staff who helped with anything you might need. 5 stars all the way.
