Dr. Jennifer Jimenez Marana is a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) practitioner, consultant, speaker, and educator.

With over 20 years of experience leading DEIB efforts across a variety of industries such as education, healthcare, and senior living, Dr. Jen has helped organizations create diversity strategic plans, develop employee resource groups, and initiate diversity committees.

Melanie Lawson is a native of Tacoma Washington. She is a graduate of Lincoln High School who holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Washington State University.

Melanie has over 20 years of progressive HR experience in many industries including: banking, airline catering, technology, manufacturing, staffing, and PEO.

She has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective plans/policies to increase compliance, retain employees, and improve engagement.

Donya Kemp is a lifelong educator, passionately committed to authentic instruction that engages students and families in service and social justice.  

She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Instructional Policy and Leadership from Marquette University, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Kennesaw State University. 

Over the past 20 years, she has served as a public school teacher,  Instructional Coach, Technology Coordinator, and Dean of Academics.  Most recently she served as “Disruptor in Chief” (aka Principal)  in Atlanta, GA.  

Katrina Tuggle is a school administrator, public speaker, mentorship program founder, and consultant in Washington State. 

Within her role as an administrator, she has led the work of implementing building-wide systems and accountability structures for racial justice, social and emotional learning and restorative practices both in her building and for the district.

For more than 20 years Tricia has advanced racial equity in education as a teacher, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, and administrator in urban schools.

At the heart of Tricia’s approach is a deep belief that all children deserve an equal opportunity to succeed in school and in life and that racial equity is a pathway toward their success.

Tricia works with schools, districts, and organizations to design and implement successful racial equity strategies.

Beginning her career as a high school teacher and counselor, Kate has served in multiple positions throughout her 22 years in education. Each role has made a significant impact on her passion for centering equity and antiracist practices.

In 2016, Kate was named Washington State Principal of the Year and continues to advocate for systemic change that will eliminate injustices for our students, families and communities.

Richard Jack III is a school counselor with five years of experience.

Richard possesses a Master of Science in Counseling Degree from the University of Phoenix and uses his counseling degree and life experiences to provide guidance and support to young people.

During his five-year tenure as the Executive Diversity Officer at South Puget Sound Community College (a 2023 ASPEN Top 10 Community College finalist), Parfait championed a culture of belonging and implemented equity programs that reduced the achievement gap for historically excluded students.

A significant thrust of her work is with white leaders and predominantly white organizations seeking to notice, name, heal from, and replace patterns of racial and other forms of inequity.
