What is VIDHIK SEVA App?
This APP is an initiative to provide help to the people of Delhi. Delhi State Legal Services Authority came to their rescue by announcing this APP to help needy people in the city.

FOOD, SHELTER, CLOTHES, MEDICINES, SANITARY NAPKINS, LEGAL SERVICES.
How do I access the APP?
Step 1: Needy people can download the APP
Step 2: Select the language
Step 3: Enter the details of the needy person like Name, Gender, Age, Mobile, Address, Pincode. We suggest you provide the location access so that we can know your address and can reach you on time for support.
Step 4: Your request for selected help categories will be submitted to relevant officials for further action. You will be given a REQUEST NUMBER as well after submitting the request.
An SMS will also be sent to requestor with REQUEST NUMBER and REQUEST CATEGORY details.
In case of requestor want to see the already submitted requests, the user can see the same under the "MY REQUESTS" section.
What happens to my request?
The mobile app directs your request to concerned districts and relevant officials. Officials verify the credentials and complete the request.
Can I contact directly by dialing any number?
1516 and 9667992802 can also be dialed for direct help.

This app does not let me proceed. I selected legal aid and clicked on submit request. After that nothing happens. It stays on home page

This app is fake. I want legal aid and applied for the same on app. First, they told me I will be alloted an advocate. Then after 3 days I was declined. They said we don't provide it. If they don"t provide why have option has been given on app???

For your request advocate Nahid was deputed. However, the advocate reported that the case pertains to labour court and labour courts are not within the jurisdiction of DLSA East.Thus, you were informed over phone that your case pertains to Central District.Your req. will be considered & action will be taken as per law by Central district next week.
