Nothing to do with the points. Only some products can be bought with points. The purpose of having a loyalty app should be to be able to buy anything that customer would want. Additionally, the support for the app is 0. More to that, after the recent update, the app is no longer working and I can t login. Any pass is not good and the forget passwors email never arrives... 5* for initiative, 0 for practicality

Almost useless. Feels like every time I want to use it I need to login and complete an stupid amount of captchas before and after entering my password. It's like they don't want users to use the app. Why the hell do you ask users to relogin after an app update?! Guess when people use the app? At the checkout! You take your phone from the pocket open the app and surprise, it wants you to login again! Then you tell yourself damn, I'm not going through this again!

It worked well for 1 week time.. after app made update , we cannot confirm new terms and app it doesn't move forward. Cannot log in. OMV, YOU FAILD !!
