Service does NOT get you through the airport any faster than the regular security line. About half of the time I have used the clear line it has been slower than the regular security line. It has not been fast one time. Considered how expensive this service it I would call this whole thing a scam. They also make it very difficult to cancel and the entire process of cancelling from inside the app needs to be redesigned. Do not sign up, you will regret it.

This will increase speed through the CLEAR Lanes and create an even better travel experience!

I feel like this was a bait and switch. When we first signed up we were efficiently led through a long check-in process and it saved time. Today, in Atlanta, we were sent to the basement for the clear line and almost missed our flight because the process was so slow. The passengers going through the normal line were faster. So I give you tons of biometric data for a slower experience? Will not be renewing.

The app is fine, the service is pretty terrible. My wife has TSA pre check and she always finishes several minutes before me. Furthermore, once they created Clear and Clear with TSA pre check, the wait times have grown even longer. I don't understand why Clear has so many eye scan stations if they only have one or two employees scanning at a time. Bottom line, get TSA pre check and save yourself the money. I'm canceling my subscription.
