I can't place a delivery order even though the app finds my single address. It keeps telling me there's more than one address found and I need to be more specific. How much more specific can I be when the app gives me one choice??!! The pickup option is okay but if it only partly works, it doesn't work. To be clear, the same bug exists on the website.

Horrific App! First off - I love the food. I wish they would allow investors to purchase into the franchise, but that's not the subject of this review. The app has so many glitches it is absolutely nuts. I had not successfully made a purchase on the app because it is so glitchy, though I had attempted numerous times. Work on eliminating the bugs and I'll use it all the time!!

The app started out fine but now it always has missing proteins. Frequently the steak and bbq Korean beef don't show up as options and then sometimes it's the chicken. I'm literally standing in the store and everything is available. The workers say people are constantly calling to ask if they are out of product because it doesn't show in their apps either. Reinstalled the app several times with no change. Please fix this.
