The Industrial Painting Pre-apprenticeship (IPP) is a six-week program offering hands-on training and career readiness skills-building free of charge for qualified candidates who wish to enter the demanding and fast-growing field of industrial painting.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation
• Physically able to perform the work
• Career interest in construction

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Demonstrated work experience
