The Francis Howell School District announced Mr. Jon Schultz as the new associate principal at Francis Howell High School (FHHS), effective July 1, 2021. Mr. Schultz has 14 years of administrative experience and has spent the last seven as an assistant principal at FHHS.  “I’m excited to take on the additional leadership responsibilities to elevate our FHHS family,” said Mr. Schultz. “I strive for continuous improvement through a focus on belonging, strong implementation of the PLC framework, improved usage of assessment and maintaining our high expectations to provide our students with the best opportunities for success.”  His administrative experience at FHSD ranges from roles including interim principal of Francis Howell Union, credit recovery principal of FHHS, dean of students for Francis Howell North and assistant principal at FHHS. He has also served as the assistant principal of Marquette High School and started his career in education as a teacher in Decatur, Illinois, at Eisenhower High School. Mr. Schultz holds a master’s degree in secondary administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Lindenwood University and an Educational Specialist Certificate from Missouri Baptist University. He also attended the Leadership Academy for Character Education.
