Learn about the USPTO’s nationwide Pro Bono Program during a webinar for inventors and entrepreneurs. The discussion will include an explanation of the pro bono services available in Pennsylvania. Learning objectives: protect your intellectual property and understand what is required to apply to the Patent Pro Bono Program and find out more about legal programs in Pennsylvania offered by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Patent Examiner Sara Sass, detailee to the USPTO’s Office of Enrollment and Discipline, and Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Patent Pro Bono Program Administrator Ryan Morris, will lead the discussion The Pro Bono Program is a collaboration between the USPTO and local, regional, and national legal organizations, as well as the USPTO’s Law School Clinic Certification Program.
