Join the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, 12-3 p.m. ET, for a virtual career fair showcasing the ORISE internship and fellowship programs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)'s Agricultural Research Service (ARS) and Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS).
During the event, you'll have the chance to:

- Chat with USDA mentors about open opportunities
- Connect with ORISE program representatives
Live Presentations
The event will feature two live presentations:
- 12:15-1 p.m. ET: ORISE representatives will give an overview of the programs at the ARS and APHIS.
- 1:30-2:15 p.m. ET: Brian Stucky and Heather Savoy of the USDA-ARS SCINet Office will give a talk on research opportunities through the SCINet and AI Center of Excellence Fellowships Program.
During both presentations, attendees will be able to ask questions via a discussion feed.
Mentor Chat Availability
USDA scientists and researchers serving as mentors for open internship and fellowship opportunities through ORISE will be on hand to connect with attendees and answer questions. Click here for a list of the participating mentors and the opportunities they will be representing.Program Booths
