NYU School of Medicine Postdoctoral Affairs is hosting our second Find Your MedComm Calling: Medical Writing & Communications Speed Networking on Thursday, November 19th for all graduate students and postdocs in the greater NYC area!

Attendees:
Graduate students and postdocs will get a chance to meet the representatives many regional medical communications agencies in a speed networking fashion. You'll will be able to learn about each company's mission, their areas of MedComm, work environment, and positions open for their company. Stay tuned for a list of our participating medcomm companies.
While this event is open for all, the ideal participants for this event would be senior PhD graduate students and postdocs who are seriously considering a career in medical communications now to the next 12 months.
After registering, you will receive access to the online event page where you can watch two recorded previously live webinars about the career path and how to prepare to apply to a medical writing job in medical communications.
Sponsoring Medical Communication Agencies:
There is one sponsorship package. Each sponsor is for a single medical communication agency/group (up to 2 reps). If a parent company with multiple groups would like to join, please consider each group as a separate sponsor.
Sponsoring companies will receive:
- Organization listed as a sponsor on event website with logo, link to URL of your choice, and video content
- Breakout rooms for reps to meet candidates and share promotional and recruitment materials
- Digital ad space, links to recruitment ad or multimedia that will be emailed to attendees both before and after the event
- Contact info of attendees who’ve agreed to be contacted
- Acknowledgement from program organizers during opening and closing remarks
