"Putting 'Career' into Career Development"
As the Peer Workfoce continues to grow, attention to career development is essential. A core supervision component, career development includes increased compensation, career ladders, promotion, and advanced peer specialist training and certification.
Co-presenters, Liz Breier and Jeremy Reuling, will identify specific peer career development issues, then facilitate a group discussion on co-learning on current employer and supervisor career development practices.

This meeting will be open to Careers in Recovery and Wellness Graduates and Trainees.
IN ADDITION, we will be opening this meeting to all working or aspiring Peer Specialists in New York State!
