Once the retainer is received, we will reach out to schedule the signing appointment.  The signing will be at our office as the documents need to be notarized and witnessed.  Parents, or other third parties, are welcome to attend the signing, but please note we will ask to speak with you alone to ensure you understand the legal documents you are signing and the elections you have made.
