Member Duties : This role is designed to provide direct services while also supporting a core of existing Economic Empowerment staff, reflecting the mission of World Relief Spokane. The focus on Economic Empowerment means that the member will spend a lot of time working with clients, serving as a team with World Relief staff, and tracking data. The duties include: Taking clients to and from job interviews; assisting clients with employment applications and onboarding paperwork; assisting clients with the acquisition of appropriate and approved support services; ensure proper communication and scheduling practices using organization platforms (Teams and Outlook); and assisting with the completion of budget check-ins with participants to ensure self-sufficiency. If interested, there may be opportunities to participate in teaching at our Job Readiness Workshop.
