MILWAUKEE – Continuing with the health and safety of student-athletes, staff and supporters top of mind, the Milwaukee Athletic Department has announced it will extend its directive and not host spectators for any sporting events through at least January 15 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
 
This includes home men's or women's basketball games, as well as swimming and track & field events.  
 
The decision coincides with the city of Milwaukee order and includes all fans, UWM students, and families of student-athletes and coaches of the participating teams.
 
This policy will be re-evaluated in the beginning of January as it relates to fan attendance at events after January 15^th.
