Co-hosted by Columbia College and MK Legal Planning. MK Legal Planning is a law firm that helps clients avoid court and conflict to create the legacy they want. We use tools like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and contracts. We have chosen to focus on estate planning because it provides us with the opportunity to positively impact families by saving our clients and their loved ones from the fees, stress, and extra grief involved with probate.
