Every year during the MCG new student orientations, each of our first-year medical students receive the gift of a stethoscope to take with them into residency and practice. The stethoscopes will carry the MCG seal and be presented by the Alumni Association. This is a special moment for each student as it is often the first tangible sign that their dream of becoming a physician is coming true.

Each stethoscope comes with a personal note from the donor who purchased their stethoscope and the student recipients are given an addressed card to write back to their alumni sponsor.
