Welcome to the Marshall University Report form. Please provide our office with as much detail about the incident as possible.

The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission is the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement Portal Entity that also provides additional access to a complaint process. Welcome to the Marshall University Report form. To report an incident of sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking, fill out the form below.

If you are unsure about reporting and want to talk about your options for reporting, support, and resources, contact the Title IX Office at (304)696-2934. In most cases, talking to the Title IX Office does not automatically activate a complaint process. If this is an emergency please call MUPD at (304)696-4357 (HELP).
