There are nearly 550,000 Hispanics of Venezuelan origin in the United States (2019).
The overwhelming majority are born in Venezuela but some 1 in 5 are born in the US to Venezuelan parents.
The number of Venezuelans in America is growing—and fast. Venezuelans are the fastest growing hispanic group in the country.
All data presented in this report comes from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey 1-year estimates. Note that this is self-reported data adjusted and weighted by the U.S. Census, therefore it has its limitations.
