Robert Copple
 
Robert Copple began his career working for Deloitte and Touche. Soon after, he joined Cinemark Holdings. Robert most recently served as the president and chief operating officer of Cinemark Holdings, Inc. and Cinemark USA, Inc. which grew to over 500 locations in the United States and 15 Latin American countries generating $2.8 billion in annual revenue. Robert also served as Board Chair of Legacy Christian Academy in Frisco, Texas. Robert and Lynda continue to reside in Frisco and have two children: Lisa Christine and John Michael.
 
Robert Copple graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. and M.P.A. degrees, respectively from Baylor University.
Carlos Sepulveda
 
Carlos has been a member of the Triumph Bancorp, Inc. board of directors since 2010 and became executive chairman in 2013. He joined Interstate Battery System International, Inc. in 1990 and served as its president and chief executive officer from 2004 until 2013. 

Before joining Interstate Battery, Carlos gained more than 10 years of audit experience with KPMG, including a concentration in community banks. He has served as a member of the Interstate Battery System International, Inc. board of directors since 1995. He also currently serves on the board of directors for Cinemark Holdings, Inc., both as a director and as chairman of the audit committee, and was appointed Lead Director in 2016. Carlos served as a director and audit committee chairman on the Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) Board from 2013 to January 2017.

Carlos received a Bachelor of Business Administration with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Texas Society of CPAs. He has a passion for public speaking and leadership coaching based on biblical principles. His message aims at improving business results by impacting culture and leadership thinking. 


Jay serves as Head of School at Grace Community School in Tyler, Texas. Grace is one of the largest schools in East Texas, with over 1000 students currently enrolled. Jay has also written extensively on Christian education and training up children in the Lord. He counsels parents on child-raising issues daily and authored A Bowed Head and a Humble Heart: The Head of School's Pastoral Role in Building a Better School, published by Paideia Press. Jay has served at Grace for nearly two decades and has evidenced excellence in Head of School and Board Chair relations.
