Math Vocabulary Words:

1. Number line - A diagram that represents points as numbers on a line.

2. Round - To estimate a number to the nearest 10, 100, 1,00, etc.

3. Estimate - A number close to an exact amount.

4. About or Approximately - Not exact, but a number close enough to be used.

5. Compatible numbers - A pair of numbers that are easy to work mentally (Ex: 25 + 75= 100)

Spanish Math Vocabulary Words:

1. Recta numérica: diagrama que representa puntos como números en una recta.

2. Redondear: estimar un número al 10, 100, 1,00, etc. más cercano.

3. Estimación: un número cercano a una cantidad exacta.

4. Acerca de o aproximadamente: no es exacto, pero es un número lo suficientemente cercano como para usarlo.

5. Números compatibles: un par de números que son fáciles de trabajar mentalmente (Ej: 25 + 75 = 100)

Originality - the first of its kind or if it is unlike anything else
