ICYMI: People's Maps Commission Preliminary Voting Maps Released for Public Input

Comment Portal Open Through Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021

Madison, Wis. — On September 30, 2021, the People’s Maps Commission released nine preliminary voting maps for public input. The drafts were unveiled as part of a virtual informational hearing livestreamed and recorded on the Wisconsin Department of Administration YouTube channel and Wisconsin Eye.

“Throughout this past year, we have done our part to make sure that the entire PMC process is transparent and that the public has a voice,” said PMC Chair Christopher Ford. “There are many criteria that we've had to consider along the way, and I know that because of our open and trustworthy approach, the final product will be one that all Wisconsin voters can be proud of.”

The preliminary maps developed by the Commission are available below and can be downloaded in other formats

The Commission is currently working to incorporate incoming feedback and plans to release additional drafts in the coming weeks.
