2018 Indoors: Distance Medley Relay (11.58.94)
2019 Indoors: 4x800m relay (8:48.80)

WHY LEHIGH? “It has many athletic and academic opportunities. I felt at home on the campus because everyone was so welcoming and friendly to me.”

2019 OUTDOORS: Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in 1500m, running 4:33.27 to finish 41st… earned podium finish with third place showing in 1500m at Patriot League Championships… member of 4x800m relay team that finished third in the Patriot League and second in the ECAC… competed in the DMR at Penn Relays… finished 27th in 800m at Larry Ellis Invitational… finished sixth overall in the 1500m, earning a personal record and breaking her own school record (4:22.78) and finished 26th overall in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic… Finished first overall in the 800m at the Lehigh versus Lafayette Dual (2:11.95)… Finished 28th overall in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays (4:28.32)… named Lehigh’s outstanding Graduating Female Athlete at year-end Athletics Convocation… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019 INDOORS: Patriot League Champion in the 4x800m relay (8:48.80), finished second overall in the distance medley relay (11:54.47), finished second overall in the mile (4:53.96) and finished second overall in the 1000m (2:51.63) at the Patriot League Championships… Finished seventh overall in the mile at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational, earning a personal record (4:45.41)… Finished first overall in the 1000m, earning a personal record (2:51.63) and finished second in the distance medley relay (12:06.12) at the Navy Invitational… Finished first overall in the 1000m at the Lehigh versus Lafayette Meet (2:57.17)… Finished second overall in the mile (5:02.59) and fourth overall in the distance medley relay (12:42.31) at the Angry Birds Challenge… Finished third overall in the 4x800m relay at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals Meet (9:38.38).  

AS A SENIOR (SOCCER) (2018): Started all 20 games as a key contributor, seeing time all over the field … Dished an assist while recording 26 shots (12 on goal) … Had multiple shots in seven games … Assisted on Sabrina Mertz’s game-winning goal in the final minute of the Patriot League Semifinals vs. Colgate (11/2). Goal came off a corner kick … Recorded a season-high two shots on goal at Loyola (10/20) and vs. Navy (9/29). Also had a season-high four shots against the Mids.
 
2018 OUTDOORS: Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Patriot League Championships (4:35.08)…Ran a season-best 1500m time of 4:29.30 at the Raleigh Relays…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and the ECAC Academic Honor Roll.
 
2018 INDOORS: Ran the mile leg on the Patriot League champion distance medley relay team (11:58.94), and was a member of the second place 4x800 relay team (8:57.78) at the Patriot League Championships…Ran a reason-best mile (4:51.75) and finished third at the Villanova Invitational…Won the 1,000m and the 4x800 at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet…Finished runner-up in the mile at the Angry Birds Challenge (5:06.40)…Member of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Lehigh Fast Times before Finals.

AS A JUNIOR (SOCCER) (2017): Led the Mountain Hawks with four assists and finished third with eight points (two goals, four assists) … Tallied 27 shots on the season, 12 on goal … Started all 18 games … Scored a career-high two goals in regular season finale vs. Holy Cross (10/28). Rewarded with Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week recognition … Dished an assist while recording three shots against American (10/7) … Had an assist in consecutive games in the Patriot League opener at Army West Point (9/16) then two days later at UMBC (9/18). Also had three shots in each contest … Recorded first point of the season at Temple (8/27), assisting on Maggie Wadsworth’s game-winning goal in double overtime.

2017 OUTDOORS: Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll…Finished fourth and set a personal best in the 800m (2:09.90), plus ran as part of the 4x800 relay team at the Patriot League Championships…Part of the DMR team that set a new school record of 11:37.78 at the Penn Relays…Won the 800m at both the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (2:16.87) and the Muhlenberg Invitational (2:14.70).
 
2017 INDOORS: Finished fourth in the 1000m (2:54.85) and was a member of the distance medley relay that set a new school record (11:48.30) and 4x800 relay team at the Patriot League Championships…Won the 800m at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet with a season-best time of 2:17.35…Took second place in the mile (5:09.79) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

AS A SOPHOMORE (SOCCER) (2016): Emerged as a starting defender and key player on Lehigh’s back line … Played in all 18 games, with 17 starts … Finished the season with a goal, assist and three shots (two on goal) … Key part of a defense which began the season with eight straight shutouts and posted a shutout streak of 832:31 dating back to the 2015 season … Mountain Hawks were the last team in the nation to allow a goal this season … Ended the season with 12 shutouts, allowing just 12 goals in 18 games (Patriot League best 0.67 per game) … Named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week following efforts against Temple (9/20) and at Colgate (9/24) … Fired a shot on goal at Colgate … One game prior, scored the game’s only goal in overtime to give Lehigh a dramatic 1-0 win over Temple, the team’s seventh straight win which tied a school record. It also gave the Mountain Hawks an eight-game unbeaten streak, a new school mark … Dished an assist at Mount St. Mary’s (9/3).

2016 OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.

2016 INDOOR TRACK: Helped set a school record as a member of the third place 4x800 relay team at the Patriot League Championships (8:55.29)…Also finished fourth in the mile run (4:58.30) and fifth in the 800 meter run (2:15.69) at the league championship meet…Captured first place in the mile at the Bucknell Tune-Up as well as the 800m run at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet.

AS A FRESHMAN (SOCCER) (2015): Strong rookie season, tying for fifth on the Mountain Hawks with five points (one goal, three assists) … Assist total was tied for the team lead … Tallied 14 shots, including five on goal … Fired two shots, one on goal, in Patriot League opener vs. Holy Cross (9/19) … Career-high four shots and two shots on goal against Monmouth (9/11) … Dished an assist in double overtime win at Temple (9/6) … Had an assist in consecutive games at Marist (8/25) and at Binghamton (8/30) … Scored first-career goal in first collegiate game during the season opener vs. Mount St. Mary’s (8/21).
 
BEFORE LEHIGH: Four-year starter for the Walt Whitman High School varsity soccer team … Was a two-year captain for the Vikings and helped them win the Maryland 4A State Championship both years … The Washington Postnamed Severe the 2014 fall season All-Met Player of the Year … Was also the 2014 All-Gazette Player of the Year and a NSCAA All-American honoree … From 2010-2014, was a member of the (Montgomery Rush) MRM Coyotes, the 2012 USYS National Champions … The Coyotes won the Maryland State Cups five consecutive years, won the 2013 USYS National League and made three national championship appearances … moved to the Bethesda U18 ECNL team in the 2014-15 season … Also played Maryland ODP from 2009-2012 and was a member of the 2013 Region I Inter-Regional team that competed in Boca … Also an accomplished track athlete at Whitman … Four-time Maryland State Champion in the 800m (twice indoor, twice outdoor) … In 2013, was the Maryland 4a State Champion for the 1600m in both indoor and outdoor track … Was 1600m outdoor state champion in 2015 … Also a member of the 4x800m State Champion relay team during the 2014 indoor season … Received the Chichester Award from Walt Whitman High School in the spring of 2015. Award is dedicated each season to a senior on the track and field team that exemplifies teamwork, hard work, dedication and leadership … Selected for ECNL PDP in Richmond, Va. … Earned the National Scholar-Athlete Award from The United States Army Reserve in May of 2015 … Named to the All-Gazette first team every track season starting spring of her freshman year.
