We are an intentional Presbyterian faith community, following Jesus, and embracing all!

* The Community of Pilgrims Presbyterian Fellowship is a creative community of faith in the Presbyterian Church (USA), located in the Portland-Vancouver metro area. We are an intentional Christian community, in which we practice service and fellowship, prayer and worship, and education and discipleship, as we follow Jesus and embrace all. And we are now over 4 years old, and look forward to celebrating 5 years together!

* During COVID 19 pandemic, we began meeting via Zoom every Sunday afternoon. Contact the Rev. Dr. Brett Webb-Mitchell if you would like to join our Zoom list for Sunday afternoon gatherings from 4-5:30 pm.

*On September, 18, 2022, we celebrated our 5-Year Anniversary as a Community of Pilgrims! We began meeting on Sept. 10, 2017. Along with Zoom, we have begun meeting at Rise Church (formerly Calvin Presbyterian Church), 10445 SW Canterbury Ln., Tigard, OR 97224, and meet from 4:00-6:00 pm every Sunday. We meet in their Chapel. Simply enter from the front entrance of Rise Church! In other words, we are going “hybrid.”

* Our mailing address is PO Box 230892, Tigard, OR 97281.

* When we are not in a COVID 19 lockdown, we begin our time together checking in with each other as a community of friends as we value healing and healthy relationships; singing hymns, studying Scripture, Holy Communion, and a fabulous potluck. An American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter is available at all gatherings, if you give us a “heads up” before we meet!  We invite all our members to serve an hour a week of volunteer service, along with our entire community engaging in a service project as a group four times a year.

* For more information call or text 919-444-9111 (Pastor Brett's Cellphone), or email me at brettwebbmitchell@gmail.com.

Community of Pilgrims Presbyterian Fellowship is a new Presbyterian Church (USA) community of faith, striving to live out our vision statement: "Following Jesus, Embracing All!"  The earliest Christians called themselves people of "the Way" (Acts 9:2), following Jesus who called himself the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).  We believe that God's Spirit still calls us daily to be modern-day pilgrims, people who are on a daily journey towards our home in God, and we invite, welcome, and include and integrate all others along this earthly pilgrimage, regardless of gender, sexual orientation (LGBTQIA2S+ and non-LGBTQIA2S+ friends), race, ethnicity, nationality, age, ability, whether one is hearing or deaf, socioeconomic class, or religious background. Through service, worship and prayer, and studying Scripture, we are Christ's hands, Christ's feet, and share Christ's love in making this world a better place. Join us on our pilgrimage of faith!
