Yoga is a way of life, a union of body, mind and breath, and surprisingly accessible. Join Ann Rinderer of Ahimsa Yoga Studio for a free biweekly yoga class specially designed for ages 55 and up. In this class, build a deeper understanding of yourself through practicing body movements, mediation and breath work. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
This is a virtual event. Registrants will be emailed a Zoom link and password for the live presentation an hour before the program begins. Please email kenny@lagrangelibrary.org with any questions. Yoga instructor Ann Marie will be on 15 minutes prior to class beginning, please try to tune in a few minutes early so that we can begin class on time.
