This is a hands-on cooking class using Zoom. Please register for one spot per screen/household. If you do not have an account, please sign up for free here.

It’s more important now (more than ever!) to take good care of ourselves with healthy, filling, easy to prepare meals. This month, it’s Italian! We’re making a healthier version of chicken cacciatore, make a gorgeous, fresh salad, and rounding things out with homemade focaccia bread. Menu includes:

• Chicken Cacciatore
• Italian Salad with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
• Focaccia Bread

Registration is per screen, per household (no need to register for each individual person!).

Shopping list, recipes, and Zoom link will be sent one week prior to class.

Please make sure you have signed up for Zoom and have a stable connection. When you are admitted to the Zoom class you will join with video and audio and then mute yourself. We recommend that you watch on speaker view, as that will allow you to have the best view of the chef. Throughout our class, the moderator may mute and unmute participants for questions and updates. You will be able to ask questions at any time through the chat and either the moderator or chef will answer those for you. All classes are recorded.

This class will be step by step hands on, meaning you will cook along with the chef in real time. In order for everyone to be able to cook at the same speed- you should prep all your ingredients before class. This means, measuring out all the ingredients for each recipe. At The Kitchen Studio, we use a baking sheet for each recipe and group the prepped ingredients on the sheet with each recipe.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. You may transfer your registration to someone else, but no refunds will be given.
