2023 (Grad)
Ends her career as the programs career leader in both points and goals…recorded 69 goals in her final season, tied for the most in a single season in program history…her 81 total points is the fourth most in a single season in program history…named First-Team All-Conference by the ASUN and was one of two Dolphins selected to the South Region Team by the IWLCA…was named the tournament MVP of the ASUN Championships…scored at least once in every single game and had 19 multi-goal games…recorded 16 hattricks…had a seven goal performance against Lindenwood on Apr. 8 followed by a six goal game against Coastal Carolina on Apr. 20…started the season with hattricks in eight consecutive games…scooped up 25 groundballs…ranked 14th in the country in goals per game with 3.40 scored per game and seventh in goals


2022 (Graduate):
Had an incredibly successful fifth year which culminated in eight different individual honors, most notably being named to the ASUN All-Conference First Team and as an honorable mention to both the Inside Lacrosse and USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American rosters...Elms started in 18 of 19 games for the 'Phins in 2022 and recorded career highs in both goals and assists in a season with 68 and 25 respectively... Also recorded 15 ground balls and caused 12 turnovers while going 60.7% on free position attempts... Along the way in 2022, Sarah broke a few Dolphin records including goals in a career with 187 (currently 209), free position goals in a career with 40 (currently 53), and was also able to tie the points in a single game record when she notched ten points in the 'Phins' 21-8 win over Harvard... Including her impressive performance against the Crimson, Elms had 16 multi-point games on the year including a dominant  eight point performance (5G-3A) in JU's NCAA Tournament Round One victory over Stanford on 05/13/22.

2021 (Senior): 
She had an absolutely stellar senior season with the Dolphins, dominating on both sides of the field... Started in all 14 games of the season... In the first round of the NCAA Tournament game against Vanderbilt, she tallied a season-high of shots on goal with 11, goals with seven and points with eight... Had 12 games with hat trick performances and seven games with five or more goals... After the team won the ASUN Conference championship, she was named tournament MVP... Went on to be the fifth Dolphin in program history to be named ASUN Player of the Year, for which she was a unanimous selection... In addition to her conference awards, Elms was Named Honorable Mention All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine and was placed on the Division 1 All South Regional Second Team. 

2020 (Junior):
Started all four games before the season ended due to the worldwide Coronavirus outbreak ... Finished second on the team with 18 points (18 goals) ... Scored at least once in each game of the season ... Scored a career-high eight times in the ASUN opener against Stetson (March 1) ...Eight goals in a game tied the program single-game mark  ... Scored six times in a win over Detroit Mercy (February 23) ... Picked up four ground balls against Oregon (February 14).

2019 (Sophomore): Did not see game action.

Unanimous First Team All-ASUN and ASUN All-Freshman Team selection ... Also named to the ASUN All-Tournament Team ... Matched the league record for goals in an NCAA Tournament game with four against Colorado (May 11) ... Finished the season second on the team and second in the ASUN with 80 points ... Her 63 goals and 4.00 points per game both ranked second on the team and third in the league ... Also handed out 17 assists ... Totaled 21 ground balls, 17 draw controls, and 17 caused turnovers ... Led the team with four game-winning goals ... Started 15 of 20 games she appeared in ... Made her collegiate debut with two goals and casued a turnover in the Dolphins'' 14-9 win in the season opener against Michigan (Feb. 11) ... Matched a single-game program record with nine points (7 goals, 2 assists) against Coastal Carolina in the ASUN Tournament Championship (May 5) ... Recorded eight points (6 goals, 2 assists), four ground balls, two draw controls, and caused one turnover against Mercer (April 20) ... Recorded seven points (6 goals, 1 assist) just two days later against Kennesaw State (April 22) ... Set a season-high against the Owls with six draw controls ... Other 5+ point games include six vs. Central Connecticut State (March 14), six vs. Dartmouth (March 21), six at Old Dominion (April 6), five at Coastal Carolina (April 8), and five vs. Old Dominion in the ASUN Tournament semifinals (May 3) ... Recorded at least one point in 18 of 20 games and five or more points in eight of those games ... Finished the season 12-26 on free-position attempts.

Prior to Jacksonville:
Four-year starter on attack at Severna Park … Two-time 3A/4A State Champions (2014, 2015) … Helped the Falcons to a 71-16 record during her … Played club lacrosse for Maryland United East for six years … Off the field, earned Honor Roll accolades for three years … Also completed an internship.
