SPECTRUM NETWORKS and SPECTRUM REACH are actively recruiting summer interns and looking for the best and brightest in FUTURE NOW's network of alumni and students. Learn about all the different opportunities available, and how to apply, connect, and get hired!

THE INSIDE TRACK: Spectrum is looking for internship candidates who:

1. Have done their research about the companies and what they do
2. Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for working in media /content / sales
3. Have relevant job, extracurricular, or academic experience
4. Are curious and proactive and strive to go above and beyond what is required for the role

JENNIFER INDEMAIO is a Lead Recruiter, Talent Acquisitions for Spectrum Networks and has been recruiting for media companies for over 15 years. Jennifer joined the Spectrum team in March 2019 and recruits for NY1, Digital, Creative, Marketing, and other teams that make up Spectrum Networks. Jennifer identifies and matches cutting-edge creative talent with career-changing opportunities at every level. She is also heavily involved in Spectrum's People Team’s efforts to define recruiting strategy, educate hiring managers on best practices, and network with the industry.

MATTHEW SCHAAP has been a Recruiter for over 20 years in the civilian sector and has worked with Fortune 100 companies for most of his career. He has managed entry, mid, and senior-level recruitment across various disciplines. Currently, he oversees Recruitment and Operations at Spectrum Reach, a division of Charter Communications. His role focuses not only on recruitment, but helping employees navigate their career paths through effective resumes and interview preparation.
