Users can get started on the INCLUDE Data Hub in just a few simple steps:

  1. Visit us on the web at includedcc.org.

  2. Select Data Hub in the top right of the window.

  3. Create an INCLUDE Data Hub account easily by using your Google or ORCID log-in credentials. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

  4. Begin exploring over 50 TB of clinical and multi-omic data, create virtual cohorts for study, browse other data hub users, and more; all available through the INCLUDE Data Hub.

  5. Once authorized through dbGap and/or consortia data access committees, migrate any data useful to your studies to the CAVATICA Cloud Platform to begin your analysis!
