GAMEDAY INFORMATION
- Seattle U Athletics is now considered a cashless facility. Please accommodate for these adjustments when in attendance at all athletic events.
- All Seattle U Athletics tickets are fully digital. Please have a smartphone present if purchasing walk-up tickets on game day. If you do not have a smartphone, please provide us with at least a 24-hour notice so we can accommodate your ticket request.
- Walk-up ticket sales are available at all Seattle U Athletic venues while supplies last.

GAME DAY TIPS
Before arriving at the venue to access the event, here are some tips to help expedite your game day entry:
- Access your digital tickets through your My Redhawks Account prior to arrival.
- Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Have your ticket available for access to be scanned before entering the venue. It is recommended that you transfer each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately.

GENERAL ADMISSION EVENTS
- Entry at general admission events is subject to availability. In a case where the venue reaches maximum occupancy, admission will no longer be granted due to local fire and safety restrictions.
- Seating cannot be guaranteed for general admission events. For customer service, please contact the Seattle U Athletics Ticket Office at 206-398-4678.
REFUND POLICY AND FEES
- All sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges.
- Service fees apply to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com or at any Ticketmaster outlet.
- Other fees may apply.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
- Ages three (3) and older must have a ticket to enter a Seattle U Athletics ticketed event.
- Children ages two (2) and under are granted complimentary admission to all Seattle U Athletics events with the understanding they sit on the lap of an adult.
DOOR/GATE OPENING TIMES (subject to change)
- All Seattle U athletics events open 60 minutes prior to event
Game Day Will Call/Pass List Hours of Operation (subject to change)
- Men's & Women's Basketball: 60 minutes prior to event through halftime
- Men's & Women's Soccer: 60 minutes prior to event through halftime
- Baseball: 60 minutes prior to event through end of the 3rd inning
- Volleyball: 60 minutes prior to event through second set

TICKET FUNDRAISING
- Seattle U Athletics is happy to support a foundation of your group’s choice through ticket fundraising. Minimum purchase of 40 tickets required.
- $1 for every Women’s Soccer group ticket sold
- $2 for every Men’s Soccer group ticket sold
- $2 for every Volleyball group ticket sold
