Graded NM 7 by PSA. A historic Rookie Card, this 1977 Futbol Discs collectible captures the incendiary Diego Armando Maradona at the genesis of his professional soccer career. Maradona’s greatness was honed on the streets of Villa Fiorito, with the magnificently talented playmaker quickly snapped up by Argentinos Juniors, where Maradona made his professional debut at the age of 15. A decorated career with Boca Juniors, Barcelona, Napoli, and Sevilla followed, with Maradona leading Argentina to the 1986 FIFA World Cup title to solidify his national legacy. The diminutive attacker made his name with mazy dribbles and jaw-dropping goals, earning worldwide plaudits as the greatest soccer player since Pele.
