Volunteer – The Pregnancy Care Center

Your Help Is Appreciated!

It takes many volunteers to fuel the work of The Pregnancy Care Center. The following volunteer opportunities are available:

- Mentor (male and female!)
- Ultrasound Nurse
- Positive Choices Leader
- Baby Boutique Organizer

Our staff holds our volunteers in the highest regard and is committed to providing adequate training and opportunities for meaningful work. We have two phases of training for our center volunteers. Phase one consists of online training using videos and handouts to understand our mission, strategy and clients. Volunteers can train at their own pace from home. Phase Two consists of shadowing staff and seasoned volunteers to gain hands-on experience. Coaching is provided to ensure volunteers feel confident and prepared for service.

A very nice and welcoming place to be. The Mentors are really nice and encouraging. Being there opens your eyes to new information, thoughts and ideas.

Wow! Our Mentor was Karin and she was so good to us, she guided us a lot and even prayed with us. This place is a blessing to have in our area. At the end of our program we got so much clothes and so much other stuff. Thank you everyone at the pregnancy Center for your support.

I can’t begin to say how wonderful The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford is. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I felt loved, welcomed, and un judged. Every individual is different and they do a phenomenal job working with me on an individual level, as well as with my partner when he could attend! Every life, from conception on out, is a precious miracle from God, and you can tell the wonderful group of individuals who are working on and behind the scenes truly live for God’s many miraculous blessings! Thank you for all y’all are doing for the Rockford community and beyond!!

I really love this place. All the ladies here are so sweet, all the classes are so informative ❤ my experience here was always a 10/10. They will help when you need it the most. My mentor Kira always prayed with me and it gave me a sense of hope I was being heard and listened to. I would recommend the pcc to any new mom, such a lovely program.

Love these people, the staff isn't just staff to me, they are like friends to me. They are friendly and they really do care about everyone that comes through their doors. I really can't say enough nice things about them! They helped me through my entire pregnancy with advice and very much informative classes.
