Student Schedule Change Request - Fall 2020

PLEASE READ:
         THIS FORM IS NOT TO REARRANGE CLASS PERIODS NOR CHANGE TEACHERS.                                          
Students who meet one or more of the following requirements can complete the request form no later than 12:00 p.m. on  September 21, 2020.  
         1.  Missing a class period on schedule.
         2.  Duplicate course (a course that was passed with a 70 or above but is on the                                  
               schedule again).
         3.  (SENIORS ONLY) Missing a course required for graduation.  
ALL STUDENTS MUST ATTEND CLASSES ON CURRENT SCHEDULE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION FROM YOUR COUNSELOR.  Any other schedule inquiries, please email your Counselor.
