The Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS) is collecting information on the ICE Office of the Chief Counsel's (OCC) positions in asylum and withholding of removal cases implicating Matter of A-B- I and II, Matter of L-E-A- II, and Matter of A-C-A-A- following the vacatur of these decisions by Attorney General Garland.
