2023 Bearcat XC Sign-Ups
Please fill this form out completely so that coaches have contact information for sending all information related to XC for Summer and Fall.  

MS/HS Bearcat XC optional conditioning will begin in July (dates TBA- info will be sent out via Remind group)

MS/HS Official XC practice will begin week of August 1-4 (info will be sent out via Remind group) 
    (Monday August 14th is the last day to begin practice for both MS/HS.)

Elementary Bearkittens will be offered again this coming season, details for 1st-5th grade races will be shared once they become available. 

Bearkitten Race Distances: 800M - 1 mile (depending on the course)
MS Race Distances: most are 2 miles (3K)
HS Race Distances: most are 3.1 miles (5K)
