Welcome to the 2024 Washington Council of the Blind Scholarship Application

The Washington Council of the Blind again plans to award in 2024 scholarships to legally blind individuals who are attending a college/university or vocational/technical school and who are  residents of Washington State. In 2023 we awarded scholarships ranging in amounts from $2,000 to $5,000.

To complete this application, please enter the required information in the fields in each section below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. These fields must be completed in order to successfully submit your application. If a field does not apply to you, please enter N/A.

Upon successful completion of your application packet you will receive an email message acknowledging the receipt of your application. If you do not receive this email message, then your application was not received and you should email Kim Moberg: awardscholarship123@gmail.com so that she can verify the status of your application. If necessary, she may have you take additional steps in order to complete your application submission.
