If you would like to request a specific teacher for your child for next year, please do so by completing this form with your 1st and 2nd choice. A sincere effort will be made to honor your request. Unfortunately, due to the class size amendment and other considerations, not all requests can be accommodated. Only 50% of a teacher's class list will consist of a parent request.
